The details in "open" licenses really do matter. I'm happy to see NVIDIA's data set and open model licenses are truly open. Here's the Nemotron Open Model License:

Really happy to see @NVIDIAAIDev update the pretraining data license they're using to remove the clause that required Nvidia's permission to benchmark the dataset.

People make mistakes in things like licenses, fewer orgs take the time to update them!
