I'm an all-modalities enjoyer. But I will say that the growth in telephone-based voice AI really re-wired my thinking about this.
We regularly see our customers that make agents that answer phone calls answering calls from our customers that make agents that place outbound phone calls.
That's part of what I mean by "universal API."

we need to focus on vision more than we do today. voice or text without vision (more specifically spatial awareness) wonβt lead to newer experiences
