@MichaelDell showed a new multi-lingual hardware device built for voice-first, human/AI collaboration on stage at Dell Technology World yesterday.
In general, I love seeing new robotics and embedded hardware devices that are "AI native." So I was into it when @cafenatic sent me a demo video of @HeyNorby a few weeks ago.
@cafenatic has talked a little bit about Norby getting smarter as foundation models get smarter. But that only happens if you make the right design and architecture choices so you *can* benefit from intelligence leaps in the models you use. This is a critical product differentiator and product/engineering skill in 2025.
