Novoflow is an example of something I'm seeing a lot in the voice AI world: an application where the initial ROI is very clear, and qualitative benefits stack on top of that ROI immediately, too.

It's easy to explain why an AI voice agent that saves $50,000 per month by reducing unbooked appointment slots is a good investment. It's perhaps a little harder to explain before the sale the concrete value of serving patients in any language, any time of day, and reducing interoperability issues at the EHR level. But once customers see these benefits they can't go back to not having them.

Last night at dinner @jamescham explained the concept of the "not not" to me and how it relates to product market fit. The "not not" is the thing you can't "not not think about, once you start thinking about it."

Increasingly, we're seeing the best new voice AI tools become that for their early adopters.

Novoflow is the next-generation AI call center for the healthcare industry.

Their multilingual voice agent answers every inbound & outbound call and schedules directly inside any EHR— reducing no-shows and helping clinics reclaim up to $50k/mo on average in missed revenue.

Did I get that right, James?
