If you have conversational voice AI features in production, you've almost certainly built some basic metrics, observability, or "call journey" analytics yourself. And you almost certainly need more.

Canonical AI is an analytics platform for voice AI agents. It's definitely worth looking at their dashboard/analytics tools.
I also know from personal experience that they're thoughtful (human) conversational partners and happy to talk to anyone building in this new space, whether you are a customer of theirs or not.
