A compelling conversational AI launch today from @outrivalAI.
I love the framing in the blog post (link in their thread, below) — "scaling personalization."
LLMs are incredible core technology. They enable new kinds of flexible, open-ended conversations. But you have to wrap a lot of tooling and infrastructure around LLMs to make this capability useful in real-world business contexts.
