We seem to have converged on "agents" as our placeholder concept for the next thing beyond question/answer.
I'm not entirely enamored with this. Partly for a reason that doesn't matter at all: "software agents" was already a CS sub-discipline and has a bunch of specific context built up. So for me this feels a lot like having to adjust to "crypto" meaning something entirely different than what I think it means.
But, also, for a good reason. "Agents" is a placeholder right now for too many different things. Let's carve finer distinctions! Let's collectively decide on a few new words!
Copilot is useful, but maybe a little bit meh. How about:
amanuensis
cohort
conductor
consigliere
deacon
doyenne
governor
maestro
provocateur
