It's been an incredible year (or so) for what @rajivayyangar calls "glimpses of the future."

As gen AI models get better/faster/cheaper on an almost daily basis, those of us building applications and workflows are trying to keep up with that progress and figure out the right new product shapes and software engineering design patterns.

We also got the Apple Vision Pro this year, which feels like an early look at another (and complementary) thread for future computing.

I think it's *possible* one will take off.

But what's 100% certain is that we'll get some glimpses into the future.
