I completely agree with this. In a few years, we're going to take for granted having bots of all kinds in all our communications channels. We probably won't call them bots, or co-pilots. (Who could have predicted that we'd call the thing that replace radio "podcasts?") But the bots and co-pilots that we're starting to build now are a glimpse of the future.
